Creating facilities like this one is crucial for every community. We are slowly losing the means to do so. The "growth for growths sake" mentally is degrading our land in effort to provide more extravagant housing and mega warehouses. We are losing more and more green space every day. The time for the parks like this and advocating for greenspace is now. Free public use facilities that are designed for all family play. This park is on 3.5 acres. Parks like this one take a hug amount of community effort and some fundraising to accomplish but are the best value added amenity per acre your community could invest in.
